How to support Charter'97 easily and for free.

Dear friends, if you live in Poland and believe that we do important work, you have a simple opportunity to support Charter'97.

The most important thing is that you will not spend a penny of your money.

You can send a part of your income tax to the work of our website, supporting the editorial staff.

Last year we already asked you to do the same. The money that we managed to collect was enough to pay a month's salary for a journalist. We are grateful to everyone who donated their taxes to support us.

If you work in Poland, you need to send your PIT tax returns every year - from February 15 to April 30.

To do this, go to podatki.gov.pl.

To start filing, you need to click on "Złóż PIT".

The main thing is not to miss the item "1.5% podatku dla OPP" transferring the 1.5% tax payable to a public organization.

In the "Numer KRS wybranej organizacji (Poz. 147 z PIT-37)" field, enter the number 0000507234. This is the number of FaniMani, a partner organization that will help us get help.

In the "Cel szczegółowy do przekazania 1.5% podatku (Poz. 149 z PIT-37)" field, enter the numbers 107906. This is the number of "Charter'97" in FaniMani.

The box "Kwota 1.5% podatku do przekazania OPP (Poz. 148 z PIT-37)" is filled in by the system itself.

Then click on the button "Zatwierdź" (approve).

If your organization's PIT is calculated by an accountant, you can pass the Charter'97 data above to him.

in item 253 - 107906.

Skala podatkowa - PIT-36

in item 522 - 107906.

Podatek liniowy - PIT-36 L

in item 172 write KRS number 0000507234;

in item 174 - 107906.
