Belarusians Started To Receive "summonses" For Failure To Clear Snow Around Cars

A resident of Vitsebsk voblast, who failed to clean the snow around her car, is liable for violation of the rules of improvement. She told about it in the social network Threads, writes "Zerkalo".
"Who else has received a summons to participate in the administrative process for failure to clear the snow around the car?" - asked the author of the post and attached a screenshot of the notification, which she received on her phone.
The text message invited her to the head of the housing and communal services in the administration of Zheleznodorozhny district of Vitsebsk to draw up a report under Part 2 of Article 22.10 (Violation of the rules of landscaping and maintenance of settlements).
The maximum fine under this article - up to 25 basic units (Br1,125). In accordance with the Code of Administrative Offenses, a person who has misbehaved for the first time, may get away with only a warning "on the inadmissibility of unlawful behavior on his part" and possible legal consequences.
In comments, the Belarusian woman specified that she left the car "in the parking lot near the house, it did not interfere with snow removal.
We recall that a new decree of the Council of Ministers, which changes the requirements of the Rules of landscaping and maintenance of settlements, came into force on May 16, 2025. The document obliged citizens and legal entities to clear snow around their parked cars in adjacent territories. Article 22.10 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (Violation of the rules of landscaping and maintenance of settlements) applies to violators.
