The Russian occupiers are waging a barbaric war against civilians.
As a result of a drone strike by the aggressor country Russia on a passenger train in the Kharkiv region, at least four people were killed. This was reported by Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky in Telegram.
He said that there were more than 200 people on the train. And there were 18 people in the carriage that was hit by one of the Russian drones.
"A total of four dead are known from this strike by three drones as of now. My condolences to all the family and friends. Rescuers are looking for four more people, two are injured," Zelensky said.
He emphasized that a drone strike on a civilian train in any country would be treated the same way - exclusively as terrorism.
"There is not and cannot be any military purpose in destroying civilians in a train car. In particular, [...] Russia must be responsible for what it does. And that means accountability not just for striking our people, our lives, but for the very possibility of carrying out such strikes. The Russians have greatly increased the ability to kill, the ability to terrorize," the president wrote.
He noted that this is possible by putting pressure on Russia and punishing it for what it does.
