A "large Gray Zone" Of Participants In The War Against Ukraine Has Formed In Russia

Moscow has spoken.

In Russia there was an entertaining story around the data on the situation of the participants of the war against Ukraine who returned from the front.

The head of the Department for Public Projects of the Presidential Administration of the Russian Federation Sergey Novikov said that about 250 thousand former military men still have not been able to find a job. This was pointed out by the Faridaily project, writes Dialog.UA.

According to him, a so-called "gray zone" has been formed - people who have not applied for help in state funds, but also have not got a job.

Later, however, this information on the website of the propaganda agency RIA Novosti was edited. The figure of 250,000 disappeared from the headline and text and was replaced by the vague expression "tens of thousands."

Faridaily noted that the original version of the publication is now impossible to find. Novikov said in the updated version that there remains a "fairly large gray zone" in the country - people who returned from the war but are not working, spending the payments they received or "doing something else."

He also noted that in some regions this situation is massive. In fact, we are talking about tens or hundreds of thousands of people who found themselves unemployed after participating in Russia's criminal war against Ukraine.

This is a big problem now and is fraught with social catastrophe in the foreseeable future.
