A video of the operation has surfaced.
In the winter of 2026, three Russian occupants surrendered to the ground robotic complex of the AFU as they were actively attacked by Ukrainian FPV drones beforehand.
The corresponding video was posted on social networks, writes "Dialogue".
The video shows three Russian occupiers coming out of hiding in one of the settlements with their hands raised and then surrendering.
Their movements are controlled by Ukrainian UAV and ground robotic complex (GRC) operators. One of the Russians is wounded. The occupants were taken to the AFU positions and captured.
This is not the first time that Russian occupants have surrendered to Ukrainian ground robots. This has been repeatedly recorded in 2025.
For example, last summer in Kharkiv region, soldiers of the Third Assault Brigade attacked enemy positions, cleared them and took the occupants prisoner with the help of drones and robotic ground systems.
That time the NRC NC13 unit of the Third Assault Brigade worked. In 2026, too, they have already recorded several cases when the enemy surrendered to the Ukrainian NRC.
Recently, the Network showed a video of the evacuation of a Russian prisoner of war with the help of the Droid TW-12.7 ground robotic complex. This complex is designed to support infantry with fire (it is equipped with a 12.7 mm machine gun), reconnaissance, evacuation of the wounded, for delivery of cargo to the front line.
It should be noted that Ukraine has recently been actively developing technologies of ground robotic complexes. According to the Ministry of Defense, in 2025, deliveries of NRCs to the Ukrainian army exceeded the order. The DOT-Chain Defense digital platform, which helps provide ground robots to the Ukrainian Armed Forces, is actively developing.
