"One Thing Prevented The Russians From Fulfilling Their Ambitious Plans On The Home Front"

The Kremlin's plan has failed.

The number of Russian casualties has increased by 40-60% compared to 2024. Against this background, Russia wants to mobilize almost 400 thousand fighters in the new year.

Despite all the wishes of the Kremlin, the mobilization plan in 2025 has not increased. This "24 Kanal" was told to the head of the Ukrainian Center for Security and Cooperation Sergey Kuzan, noting that this is how we saw the real capabilities of the enemy.

We see the dynamics in the fact that the Russians are not able to increase their mobilization efforts. In order to conduct a weighty military campaign, to press on the entire front line as they promised - the enemy needs to double their mobilization figures.

"Conditionally speaking, they need to bring in not 400,000 but 800,000 in the new year if they really want to collapse our front. But with such a figure, we have shown that Russia will not be able to perform any operational tasks on the line of contact," Sergey Kuzan stressed.

Determined advances are there, but we see that from Kupyansk, part of Sumy region, from the north of Kharkiv region - the Defense Forces have already pushed back the enemy. In the Kherson region there are actually no advances. Therefore, the entire Russian offensive has been reduced to Donetsk region.

Moreover, they are taking operational reserves even from where they had not planned. The Commander-in-Chief of the AFU confirmed that only 7 of the 14 divisions the Kremlin wanted to create in 2025 were able to be formed. The rest of the personnel should have been at the front.

"This is evidence that Ukraine is extremely effective in disrupting the enemy's plans and eliminating the occupiers on an industrial scale. It would be logical to increase its mobilization capabilities. Theoretically, it is possible to increase the army to a million people, but the Russian state machine will not cope with this," said Sergei Kuzan.

It should be remembered that the mobilized must be trained, provided, paid and put into service. Russia cannot cope with this. That's why the big information activity and the real state of affairs are completely different.
