Over the four years, the number of apartments built decreased by 17.2%.

In 2025, there is an increase in housing construction in annual terms, but the volumes do not reach the level of 2021, according to the analysis of the National Statistical Committee data conducted by "Pozirkam".

For four years, the total area of commissioned residential buildings decreased by 8.1% (from 2,519,629 square meters in January-August 2021 to 2,316,209 square meters in the same period of 2025).

The number of apartments built decreased by 17.2% (from 29,169 to 24,143 respectively).
