AFU General Staff Reveals Details Of Strike On Afip Refinery

The Ukrainian Defense Forces have carried out another series of successful strikes on verified targets on Russian territory. Under attack were the facilities involved in ensuring armed aggression against Ukraine.

In particular, the defeat of the Afipsky oil refinery in the Krasnodar region was confirmed. This was reported in the General Staff of the AFU.

According to the General Staff, the combat mission was carried out by units of the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine and the Unmanned Systems Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The annual refining volume of the attacked refinery is 6.25 million tons, which is 2.1% of Russia's total oil refining volume.

The UAV hit caused a fire to engulf a gas and gas condensate processing unit. Also, units of the Defense Forces attacked a number of other important facilities - the results of combat operations are being specified.
