Numerous explosions erupted at the site.
The Ukrainian Defense Forces hit two Russian refineries at once tonight, August 30 - Krasnodar and Syzran.
The General Staff of the AFU reports.
"Within the framework of reducing the offensive potential of the enemy and complicating the supply of fuel to the military units of the occupants, units of the Unmanned Systems Force and Special Operations Force of the AFU struck the "Krasnodar Refinery" (Krasnodar region of the Russian Federation)," the General Staff noted.
It is known that this refinery produces light oil products in the volume of 3 million tons per year - gasoline, diesel, jet fuel. It is actively involved in supplying the armed forces of the Russian Federation.
The enterprise has recorded numerous explosions and a fire at the facility.
Also, units of the AFU's Unmanned Systems Force have repeatedly hit the Syzransky oil refinery in Russia's Samara region. The company produces gasoline, diesel fuel, aviation kerosene, fuel oil, and bitumen. The refining volumes were 8.5 million tons per year until August 2025.
"The defense forces are taking measures to undermine the offensive potential of the Russian invaders and force the Russian Federation to stop its armed aggression against Ukraine," the General Staff added.
The commander of the AFU SBS Robert Brovdi also published a video of the defeat of the Krasnodar refinery.
