"You Don't Use That Tone Of Voice When Dealing With A Major Manufacturer."

A Belarusian woman complained about a finding in a popular ice cream - the manufacturer responded.

A Belarusian woman posted a video in TikTok showing a metal ring inside the ice cream "Chestnut" of Minsk Refrigerating Plant No. 2. She said that her daughter refused to eat the treat because of the "metal ring".

The manufacturer apologized to the woman, but immediately reproached her for the too harsh tone of the complaint.

- Her daughter brings the ice cream. She says, "I'm not going to eat it." I ask why. She says, "Because there's iron in it." What's that funny thing about getting all kinds of stuff in there? What the fuck is that? Well, it's fucking awesome, that's the only way to put it. Have a good appetite, - indignant the author of the video.

She believes such an incident could have ended badly if the child accidentally swallowed the find:

- This is a sharp story. How is it possible?

The woman emphasized that the ice cream was bought in ProStore, but she does not see the fault of the store and is going to complain to the manufacturer.

Representatives of Minsk Refrigerating Plant No. 2 themselves soon came to the comments and apologized to the buyer: "Such cases are extremely rare, but we take quality very seriously and are already conducting inspections to prevent them in the future. Thank you for your understanding and feedback."

But then they reproached the Minsk woman for foul language in the video: "In any case, very foul language, conflicts can be solved in a different way.

This phrase provoked a new wave of outraged comments - people and the author herself considered such a reaction inadequate and emphasized that this case "could be a great tragedy.

"If it's an appeal to a major manufacturer, such a tone is not used. We realize that it is dangerous and we are responsible for it. But such cases, alas, are uncontrollable. We repeat that this happens very rarely, we check all the equipment", - said the company.

The company confirmed that they received the appeal of the woman, promised to "certainly respond and take appropriate measures". And continued to fend off angry comments, where people threatened to go to other ice cream producers and demanded compensation for moral damage.

"To begin with, we need to prove that the part is from our production, we asked to make an application for consideration. Nothing bad ended this incident, although it could have. But no one obliges a person to first post a video on all sites with mats and only then write to the manufacturer himself. In order to make such a loud statement, first prove the guilt by conducting an investigation," insists the refrigerator factory.

"It would be better if you followed the production line as much as the comments," advised one user.
