Russian Federation's Large-scale Attack On Kiev: Death Toll Soars

The death toll from the night Russian attack on Kiev has risen to eight people, while the number of injured has risen to 45. Debris removal of a residential building continues in the city, under which people may remain.

This is reported by RBC-Ukraine with reference to Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky on Telegram and the Kiev city military administration.

"Now in Kiev, debris removal of an ordinary residential building after the Russian strike continues. Another massive strike against our cities and communities. More killings. At least, unfortunately, eight dead are already known. Among them, one child. My condolences to all relatives and friends," Zelensky said.

According to the KSCA, as of 08:30 the number of people injured in the Russian attack on the capital has risen to 45 people. The information is being updated.

On the night of Thursday, August 28, Russian occupiers launched another massive attack on Kiev. The invaders attacked the capital with Shaheds, cruise and ballistic missiles, particularly Daggers.

Powerful explosions rang out in the city. Kiev Mayor Vitali Klitschko reported almost four dozen injured, the consequences of the attack are recorded in 20 locations, up to 100 objects were damaged.

In the Darnitsky district of the city, a Russian missile hit a five-story house. At first it was reported about three dead.

Also in Darnitsky district two more apartment buildings, a private house, a kindergarten were damaged.

In addition, a fleet of trains "Intercity" was attacked by the enemy.
