Canadian Prime Minister Names Ukraine's Main Security Guarantee

"Any security guarantees should start with a strong Ukrainian army. We are talking about armament, training, endurance," the country's prime minister said.

At the same time, he believes, Ukraine's security should be comprehensive - on land, at sea, in the air.

"Members of the Coalition of the willing will have the opportunity to support all these elements. We'll see what role Canada plays within that larger group," Carney said.
