The President Of The U.S. Chamber Of Commerce In Ukraine Urged Trump To Act After The Flex Strike

Andy Gunder said Russia is striking a blow to American interests and values in Ukraine.

The head of the American Chamber of Commerce in Ukraine Andy Gunder has appealed to US President Donald Trump to confront Russian dictator Vladimir Putin. The head of the organization posted his appeal on the social network X.

Gunder said that on the night of August 21, Russian missiles attacked Flex's plant in Mukachevo, which is "one of the largest American investments in Ukraine."

"Russia continues to destroy and humiliate American businesses in Ukraine by targeting companies that invest and trade on U.S. stock markets," he stated.

Gander emphasized that Moscow is "not only destroying Ukraine, but undermining U.S. leadership, values and American businesses."

The Chamber of Commerce president urged Trump to support American businesses in Ukraine and "the values that built America."

"Russia does not seek peace. We need to show Putin that the U.S. protects its own," Gounder said.
