Zelensky Reveals Next Steps After Talks In Washington, D.C.

Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky has revealed the next steps of the Ukrainian delegation after a meeting with US leader Donald Trump and European allies.

This was reported by RBC-Ukraine with reference to the head of state's Telegram.

"Yesterday important talks took place in Washington with the US president and European leaders. A really significant step towards the end of the war and towards the security of Ukraine and our people. We are already working on the concrete content of security guarantees," Zelensky said.

He also added that today, August 19, coordination at the level of leaders will continue, there will be discussions, appropriate formats are being prepared.

"We will continue to work tomorrow. National security advisers are also in constant contact now. There will be security guarantees. And we will do everything to make the path to peace a reality - thanks to partnership, thanks to security guarantees and thanks to the bravery of the Ukrainian people," the Ukrainian head of state added.
