Not just territorial concessions.

Russian dictator Vladimir Putin made a series of demands to end the war against Ukraine during a meeting with US President Donald Trump in Alaska. Among the demands are not only territorial concessions.

This was reported by Reuters.

The publication's sources said the information about Putin's ultimatum is based on discussions between the leaders of Europe, the United States and Ukraine, and is not complete. Against Reuters did reveal several of Putin's demands in Alaska.

According to the publication, the dictator's offer excludes a cease-fire until a peace deal is reached.

Russia is demanding that Ukraine fully withdraw its troops from Donetsk and Lugansk regions in exchange for Russian commitments to freeze the front lines in Kherson and Zaporizhzhya regions.

Russia is allegedly ready to return small areas in Sumy and Kharkiv regions.

Putin is also seeking recognition of occupied Crimea as Russian. But it is unclear whether that recognition means only by the United States, or by all Western countries and Ukraine.

In addition, Russia wants at least part of the sanctions lifted. Moscow also wants Ukraine to refuse to join NATO. But, according to the publication, Putin seems to have been open to Ukraine receiving certain security guarantees.

Another Kremlin demand is to grant official status to the Russian language in some parts of Ukraine or throughout the country, as well as the right to operate freely for the Russian Orthodox Church (ROC).
