Lukashenko Signed A Decree On Conscription For Compulsory Military Service And Service In The Reserve

In Belarus, conscription for compulsory military service takes place twice a year.

August 12, Lukashenko signed a decree № 302 "On dismissal to the reserve and conscription for compulsory military service, service in the reserve," reported the press service of the dictator.

The document provides for conscription in September - November 2025 for compulsory military service, service in the reserve of male citizens of Belarus, who are 18 years old by the day of conscription and do not have the right to deferment from conscription, as well as citizens of conscription age, who have lost the right to deferment.

At the same time, the document provides for the dismissal of conscripts who have served the prescribed terms.

Reminder, in Belarus, conscription for compulsory military service is held twice a year - in spring and fall.
