At the level of the state, "the decision to withdraw part of the profit from banks and direct it to finance the economy" has been made. This was reported by Lukashenko's press service following the meeting of the politician with chairman of the National Bank Roman Golovchenko on August 12.

Hearing the report of the head of the National Bank, Lukashenko touched upon the topic of increasing the total profit of banks in the country. According to the dictator's press service, "this can be considered, on the one hand, as a positive indicator, but on the other hand - there are concerns, so that there is no imbalance and banks do not pull money out of the economy."

Therefore, as one of the measures at the state level, it was decided to withdraw part of the profit from banks and direct it to finance the economy.

"This is very important," said Alexander Lukashenko. - There should not be "extra" money in the banks.
