The AFU Lightning-fast Liberated Important Points In Two Directions At Once

The advance of Ukrainian forces was shown on maps.

The Ukrainian military continues to show progress on the front, in particular in the eastern districts of Zaporizhzhya region. This is according to a new analytical report by the US-based Institute for the Study of War (ISW).

According to ISW, an analysis of a geolocation video released on July 31 confirms that the Ukrainian Defense Forces recently regained control of the village of Temirovka, located northeast of the town of Gulyaypol.

"Russian forces continued offensive operations in western Zaporizhzhya Oblast on July 31, but made no progress. On July 30 and 31, Russian forces attacked west of Orekhov, near Maly Shcherbakov, Plavnyi and Stepnogorsk. The Defense Forces of southern Ukraine denied information about the capture of Kamenskoye (west of Orekhov), but noted that fighting in the locality continues," analysts note.

In addition, the Ukrainian command achieved successes in the Limansk direction. In particular, in the area south of Dibrova, which lies to the east of Liman.

In addition, Ukrainian units advanced in the direction of Velikomikhailovka, where they managed to liberate Malievka, a settlement to the southeast of the village.

In its turn, the AFU General Staff also reports that in the Novopavlovsk direction, the Russian army has carried out twenty-three attacks in the last 24 hours in the areas of the following settlements:

Zaporizhzhya;

Yalta;

Zvezda;

Poddubnoye;

Tolstoy;

Mirnoye;

Shevchenko;

Volnoye Polye;

Novoselka;

Novopolye;

Temirovka.

"Over the past 24 hours, the losses of the Russian invaders amounted to 940 people. Also, Ukrainian soldiers neutralized one tank, two armored combat vehicles, 33 artillery systems, 163 unmanned aerial vehicles of operational-tactical level, three cruise missiles and 72 units of automobile equipment of the occupants," the General Staff said in a statement.
