Putin's Address Was Canceled Without Even Beginning

In it, the head of the Russian Federation was supposed to "answer" Trump.

On Thursday, July 31, Russian dictator Vladimir Putin is scheduled to make a statement. His main "message" will be a response to recent threats by US President Donald Trump.

This was reported by Putin's spokesman Dmitri Peskov.

It later became known, however, that there would be no address by dictator Putin. In particular, he made a statement to the media after the Russian-Lao talks, but there was not a word about Ukraine or Trump.

"On Friday, August 1, Alexander Lukashenko is due to arrive in Russia. Perhaps something will be said at their meeting," Russian media reported.

What preceded

U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio earlier said U.S. officials had been in contact this week with officials from Russian dictator Vladimir Putin's entourage. US officials had hoped to make progress on a ceasefire, but did not see it in the Russians' intentions.
