Trump Says He Spoke To Putin About New Sanctions Against Russian Federation

The head of the Kremlin is "not thrilled."

Russian dictator Vladimir Putin is not thrilled with US sanctions against the Russian economy, but the Russian Federation managed to cope with them before.

US President Donald Trump said this, RBC-Ukraine reported, citing his speech.

"We talk a lot about sanctions. He is not enthusiastic about them. He managed to cope with sanctions, but these sanctions (future ones - ed.) are quite tough. He realizes that new sanctions may be imposed. He is a professional," the President of the United States said.

At the same time, Trump emphasized that he treats Russian Federation tougher than Iran or any other country.
