Kiev has experienced another massive attack by Russian troops using missiles and drones. The city is shrouded in smoke, there are destroyed houses of Kiev residents, craters have formed, dozens of people have been injured, RBC-Ukraine reports.
The air alert in the Ukrainian capital lasted almost all night. At dawn, residents of the capital were notified about the abatement of the danger. However, the alert was subsequently announced again. The danger continued in general until 08:43.
In general, Russian terrorists used more than half a thousand drones and missiles in their air attack. Most of them flew specifically at the capital. At least 23 casualties are now known in the city, among them a 10-year-old girl.
In the city, fires broke out in a number of neighborhoods as a result of the attack, causing Kiev residents to be urged to close their windows. In the morning, smog enveloped the capital. The KHWA explains - the air now has a high concentration of combustion products. Kiev citizens are advised not to go outside unnecessarily and to drink more water.
All in Kiev as a result of the combined attack of the Russian Federation suffered residential houses, educational, medical, transportation infrastructure.
"Russia again arranged a night of terror in Kiev: shelling of peaceful people, civilian objects," - said Interior Minister Igor Klymenko.





The RBC-Ukraine correspondent visited the scene where Russian missiles and drones made trouble.
In one neighborhood, Russian terrorists destroyed apartments on the second and third floors of a five-story building. There is a threat of collapse in the house, so residents are not yet allowed into their homes for security reasons.
Besides broken apartments in the courtyard of residential buildings can be seen burned cars, the stairwell in a five-story building in Otradnoye, which is mangled as a result of the attack, strewn with glass.
In general, as is known, in Solomensky district because of the shelling partially destroyed not only five-story house. There are other damages and consequences. In particular, the roof of a seven-storey building caught fire - the fire covered about 2000 square meters.
A warehouse, the territory of the service station and garage cooperative also burned. Many civil infrastructure objects were damaged.
The State Emergency Service also shares footage of another terrible night that Kiev experienced.
In Svyatoshinsky district, a 14-storey residential building was hit and caught fire. Cars also caught fire. Rescuers are still fighting several fires in non-residential buildings.
In addition, in Shevchenko district, a kamikaze drone hit a new unoccupied 8-storey building. The first floor was damaged.
Darnitsky and Goloseevsky districts - the fall of debris of enemy drones was recorded.
Also at some locations craters were formed as a result of strikes.
And railway infrastructure was damaged as a result of the Russian attack on Kiev.





The work to restore the track in the capital continues, the voltage has already been partially supplied, the trains of the Fastovka direction went their usual way. Trains of the north-western (Svyatoshynskyi) direction are still running with reserve locomotives.
Trains of Korosten direction will run via Pochaina and Darnitsa - there will be an additional stop on the left bank with the possibility to change to Kyiv City Express.
Departure of trains from Kiev is delayed.

It should also be noted that also in Kiev because of the terrorist attack damaged 5 ambulances, which went to the calls to the injured residents of the city.
There are no injuries among the medics, according to information at the moment.
Now the emergency services - the State Emergency Service, police - are working at the scene of the attack. More than 450 rescuers and about 100 units of equipment of the State Emergency Situations Service have been involved in the liquidation of the consequences of the attack in Kiev.
