As of July 2025, the coalition already includes 20 countries.
The ranks of the Drone Coalition, which provides military assistance to Ukraine in the field of unmanned technologies and systems, have increased. Belgium and Turkey joined the coalition on July 3.
This was reported by RBC-Ukraine with reference to the Latvian Defense Ministry.
"At the meeting of the steering committee of the international drone coalition in Riga, the desire of Belgium and Turkey to join the international drone coalition, which is led by Latvia and the UK, was supported," the ministry said.
The ministry added that the coalition thus now has already 20 countries that provide Ukraine with military assistance in this area. In 2025, coalition members have pledged 2.75 billion euros to support Ukraine and contributed 180 million to a common procurement fund, which is led by the UK.
"These funds are earmarked for centralized procurement of drone technology by the Drone Coalition, as well as for national support for each coalition country," the ministry added.
