"Discuss military cooperation."

Indonesian Defense Minister Shafri Shamsuddin has arrived in Belarus. According to the press service of the Belarusian military department, Shamsuddin met with Chief of the General Staff, First Deputy Minister Pavel Muraveiko.

"During the meeting, they discussed issues of bilateral military cooperation with a focus on a specific list of activities planned for further implementation. The parties noted the friendly nature of interstate interaction, emphasizing that mutual respect for historical and cultural values is the basis that allows building a dialogue in a trusting manner," the Defense Ministry said.

It should be noted that recently, President of Indonesia Prabowo Subianto paid a short visit to Minsk on his way back from Paris. Lukashenko's press service did not disclose the details of the meeting.
