Zelensky Signed A Decree On The Audit Of Public Expenditures

The Ukrainian president expects concrete results from the government within a month.

Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky announced that he signed a decree on reducing bureaucratic procedures and conducting an immediate audit of state expenditures.

The Ukrainian head of state said this in an evening video message on July 23.

"Today I signed a decree on reducing bureaucratic procedures and conducting an immediate audit of state expenditures. I expect concrete results from the government of Ukraine within a month in order to direct the maximum - the maximum of our state resources to the defense of Ukraine, to the sustainability of our state," President Zelensky said.

According to the text of the decree published on the website of the Office of the President, the head of state instructed the Cabinet of Ministers to:
