Protesters build barricades and block transportation.
Anti-government protests continued in Serbia - protesters spontaneously blocked roads in Belgrade, Nis, Cacak and other cities of the country. This is reported by state television RTS.
In the capital, protesters blocked various streets for several hours, constantly changing locations to avoid police intervention. In the Dorchol neighborhood, law enforcers checked the documents of about 30 people and detained one protester. After that, the protesters did not disperse.
In Zemun district, authorities began dismantling a barricade erected earlier from tires, fences and garbage containers. Police and public utilities were involved.

Because of the blockade in Belgrade, public transportation routes - in particular buses, streetcars and trolleybuses - were temporarily changed. Some streetcar routes are not running.
At around 18:00, protests also started in the city of Niš, where roads were blocked in two places. At the same time, a similar action was held in Cacak.

On June 29, massive anti-government demonstrations took place in the Serbian capital Belgrade, organized by student associations and opposition political forces under the slogan "Vidimo se na Vidovdan". The main demand of the protesters is to hold early parliamentary elections and dissolve the current parliament.
The Serbian president said that "foreign forces" are behind the protests and warned of a tough response to any violence: "The country will be protected and the criminals will be brought to justice".
Police say more than a dozen activists were detained on charges of undermining the constitutional order and terrorism on the eve of the protest - all of whom deny guilt.
The opposition accuses Vucic of links to organized crime, suppressing freedom of speech and using the state apparatus to harass critics. The president rejects the idea of early elections - his coalition now controls 156 of the 250 seats in parliament.
The rally was held on a symbolic date for Serbs - Vidovdan, which commemorates the 1389 Battle of Kosovo Field.
