Belarus Introduced Tax Innovations For The Population

The changes went into effect on June 6 of this year.

Tax changes have been introduced in Belarus. Among other things, they relate to notices of payment of fees. The innovations are provided by decision of the Ministry of Taxes and Levies (MIT).

Among other things, officials have established the forms of some tax returns, including those for income tax. The same innovation affected the certificates of income, calculated and withheld amounts of income tax from individuals, as well as notifications of overpayments to the state budget.

"Also, the decree approved the instruction on the procedure for filling out the tax return (calculation) for income tax from individuals and the certificate of income, calculated and withheld amounts of income tax from individuals," - reported on the National Legal Internet Portal.

Tak, the notice for the payment of transport tax by individuals, as well as fees for land and real estate should be unified for all objects that a person has.

But officials have prescribed that in some situations such a notice can be made for one specific object. For example, if we are talking about the levy for previous tax periods or "when establishing objects of taxation, tax on which has not been previously calculated." Another such ground is the establishment of circumstances for which the previously calculated amount of tax must be adjusted.
