Lukashenko 'dynamite' By Mozambique President

The dictator calls him to Belarus three years in a row.

Lukashenko confirmed the readiness to receive the president of Mozambique Daniel Francisco Chapa in Minsk or to visit Maputo on an official visit for "substantive negotiations on the whole range of issues on the bilateral and international agenda."

Three years in a row, in a corresponding congratulatory message, Lukashenko has called the leader of Mozambique to Minsk. Previously, he twice invited Philipe Jacinta Nyusi, who previously served as president of that African country, to no avail, "Pozirk" noted.
