Trump Has Announced A "final Ultimatum" To Iran

The US president also recalled his demand for Tehran's "unconditional surrender".

US President Donald Trump has given Iran a "final ultimatum," he announced while speaking to reporters outside the White House. The words of the American head are quoted by Axios.

"You could say that. Maybe you could call it a final ultimatum," Trump said when asked if he had given Iran an ultimatum.

The president also recalled his demand for Tehran's "unconditional surrender."

"Unconditional surrender," he wrote earlier on his Truth Social network after several posts about Iran.

Before that, the American leader claimed full control over Iran's airspace and that the US knows where Iran's supreme leader Ali Khamenei is "hiding." Trump called him an "easy target" but assured that the ayatollah is safe now.

"We are not going to destroy (kill) him, at least not now," he wrote.
