US President Donald Trump keeps intrigue in the issue of possible US strikes on Iran. However, he does not reject them directly.
This is reported by RBC-Ukraine with reference to Trump's statement while speaking to journalists.
The US president was asked "what his opinion is" on possible US strikes on Iran.
"You don't think I'm going to answer that question... You don't know if I'm going to do it. You don't. I may do it. I may not do it," Trump replied.
He said "nobody knows" what he's going to do.
Trump also added that Iran has a lot of problems. Against that backdrop, the country wants to negotiate. But the president is disappointed that Tehran did not negotiate two weeks ago, as good results could have been achieved then.
He recalled that Israel struck Iran "a hell of a blow" that was the first shock.
