The AFU Defeated The Russians Near Konstantinovskaya

The Ukrainian military burned an entire column of tanks.

Russian troops have launched the first mechanized assault on the Konstantinovsky direction in a long time.

As reports military expert Alexander Kovalenko, the attack involved about 15 armored vehicles and up to 10 light tanks, but the result was catastrophic: all equipment was destroyed by the Ukrainian defense, including assets ranging from FPV drones to long-disused Javelin APCs.

"The equipment was annihilated. But the very fact of this attempt is already a signal," Kovalenko wrote.

Russian offensive is stalling - deadlines have been missed

The expert said Russian forces are significantly behind their own offensive schedules. Settlements that should have been captured back in the spring (Komar, Malinovka, Miroliubovka, Romanovka and others) are only now becoming targets of the summer phase of the offensive.

This means that the entire strategic preparation has failed, and the current offensive has begun in positions that should have been bridgeheads months ago.

The command is confused: who should save whom

The chaos in the management of troops deserves separate attention. Kovalenko points to a paradoxical situation: The 8th Army, which was sent to support the 51st OVA, is now itself asking for reinforcements from the same 51st Army, which, in turn, has been unsuccessfully storming the Toretska agglomeration for a year.

Such interchangeable "twine" points to overconsumption of resources, exhausted brigades and a failure of logistics at the front.

Moscow's armored vehicles crisis

With a severe shortage of armored vehicles and the need to save every armored vehicle, Russian commanders are taking extreme measures: they are putting into combat the remnants of Soviet reserves long since removed from storage.

This indicates not only the technical degradation of the army, but also that the offensive resources are practically exhausted.

Russian offensive is stalling

The mechanized assault, which ended with the complete destruction of equipment, has become a symbol of the failure of the Russian summer offensive campaign. The army is losing momentum, shifting units without logic, and strategic goals are being shifted from spring to summer and then to nowhere.

Russia is losing operational initiative, being forced to take risky steps and using up its last combat-ready reserve.
