The decision will be made by the Polish Supreme Court.
Poland's State Election Commission approved a report on the results of the presidential election on June 16. It says there were a number of violations in the second round: the use of unauthorized software and errors in protocols where votes could have been distributed incorrectly, RMF24 reported.
The document states that during the voting - especially in the second round - there were incidents that could have affected the result of the presidential election. Among them were the use by some election commissions of unauthorized software to check voters' documents, as well as repeated errors in protocols - incorrect distribution of votes between candidates.
These violations, according to the commission members, require deeper analysis and revision of organizational and control procedures to prevent their recurrence.
At the same time, by the evening of June 16, some 3,000 complaints had already been received about the course of the presidential election in Poland.
The voter's report is now in the process of being reviewed. However, its status is disputed by the current Polish authorities, as the judges of this chamber were appointed on the basis of reforms that contradict EU norms and decisions of the European Court of Human Rights. Until 2018, such issues were considered by another, independent chamber of the Supreme Court.
Media reports say that erroneous entries in the voting protocols could be at a dozen polling stations, including Kraków, Mińsk Mazowiecki and Magnuszewo near Kozienice.
Reminder, Poland's presidential election was won by Karol Nawrocki after the second round. He received 50.89% of the vote, while his rival Rafal Trzaskowski received 49.11%.
