Musk Has Announced That He Is Leaving The Trump Administration

The billionaire has begun the process of being fired.

American billionaire Ilon Musk has said that his planned term as a special government employee in the administration of US President Donald Trump is "coming to an end". This is reported by CNN.

CNN, citing a White House official, notes that Musk, who has been limited to 130 days on the job, will begin a layoff process that "includes paperwork."

In recent weeks, Musk has begun to step away from his full-time government job to focus on his companies SpaceX and Tesla, which have been hamstrung in part by the businessman's work at the White House.
