Zelensky: America's Silence Only Encourages Putin

Ukraine's president commented on the Russian Federation's overnight strike.

Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky has reacted to Russia's massive combined strike on Ukraine and said the silence of the world and the United States "only encourages" Russian dictator Vladimir Putin.

"Today rescuers worked in more than 30 Ukrainian towns and villages after the massive Russian strike. Everywhere where needed, work continues - our services are on the ground, providing assistance and supporting people. Thank you," the president wrote.

He noted that nearly 300 attack drones were fired by the Russians overnight, most of them Shaheds. Russia also used nearly 70 missiles of various types, including ballistic missiles.
