Russian dictator Vladimir Putin has officially recognized the participation of North Korean servicemen in Russia's war against Ukraine.
This was reported by RBC-Ukraine with reference to the leader's press conference in the Kremlin.
The head of the Kremlin expressed gratitude to the leaders of 13 states who sent units of their national armed forces to participate in the Red Square parade.
In particular, the dictator noted that he was pleased to personally thank the commanders of the Korean People's Army for their participation in combat operations on the frontline of the war against Ukraine.
"(I was pleased. - ed.) to convey the warmest words to the soldiers and commanders of the DPRK special forces units, who together with our fighters professionally and voluntarily performed tasks in the liberation of the border areas of Kursk region from the Kiev regime's formations," Putin said.
