AFU Receive New Robot With Machine Gun

The Ministry of Defence of Ukraine has codified and allowed the Ukrainian-made D-21-12R ground robotic complex for operation in the AFU. This was reported in the Main Department of Support of the Life Cycle of Weapons and Military Equipment on Monday, 7 April.

The ground robotic complex is equipped with a large-calibre machine gun. It can perform a wide range of tasks on surveillance, patrolling, fire support of our units, defeat enemy manpower and lightly armoured vehicles, etc.

It is noted that the complex has high cross-country capabilities along off-road, mire and shallow water obstacles.

‘The operator controls the actions of the ground-based robotic complex, being in a protected shelter at a considerable distance,’ the description stressed.
