“It's like ping-pong — what Putin says, you can't always get an answer. I think that in principle we would agree to talk not with him, but with someone who would represent Russia,” Zelensky emphasized.

The President of Ukraine noted that, in his opinion, if there are people, businesses and various regions in Russia, in particular serious business areas, Ukraine would be ready to communicate with them if they have a vision of how to end the war.

“If they are ready to go against the fact that Putin does not want to end it, but some people do, why not. I think that there is some opposition there that is afraid of Putin. Maybe they won't be afraid if Europe, America, Ukraine are ready to talk to the opposition. Why not,” he concluded.
