Bloomberg: Leaders To Meet On Ukraine, Peace In Paris

Leaders of the countries will meet in Paris next week to discuss their position on Ukraine and requirements for the peace process. This is reported by Bloomberg news agency, citing sources familiar with the plans.

According to them, Germany, Italy and Poland will be among the participating EU member states, and non-bloc members such as Britain and Canada are also expected.

Kyiv's European allies are trying to take part in the negotiation process after the US began direct talks with Ukraine and Russia. Earlier on March 2, Britain convened a defence and security summit to discuss, among other things, the creation of a ‘coalition of the willing’ to provide a peacekeeping force for Ukraine after the war.

The day before, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said during an online briefing that he would visit France next week and hold a number of meetings.
