Zelensky Wants To Make Personnel Changes In The AFU Air Force

The President of Ukraine gave instructions to Syrsky.

Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky said in an evening video message on February 13 that he had instructed AFU Commander-in-Chief Oleksandr Syrskyy to talk to Brigadier General Sergei Golubtsov and consider his appointment as deputy commander of the AFU Air Force.

The Ukrainian president said he had a conversation with Syrskyy.

"We need to strengthen our Air Force, specifically the aviation component - our military aviation. I instructed the commander-in-chief to talk to Brigadier General Sergei Golubtsov and report on the possibility of appropriate personnel changes in the Air Force and to consider appointing Brigadier General Golubtsov as deputy commander of the Air Force," Zelensky said.
