Ukraine To Finalize Peace Plan Tomorrow And Hand It Over To US

Ukraine's president declared progress.

Ukraine will prepare a peace plan as early as tomorrow, December 9, after which it will send it to the United States.

This is what Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky announced in response to a question from reporters.
