In Romania, a drone with an attached "homemade device" was found in a wooded area near the village of Leresti in Arges county. About it writes News.ro on Sunday, December 21.

The material notes that the drone was discovered by a man on Mount Strimtu while hunting.

According to News.ro sources, a parachute was attached to the drone, which is up to two meters wide. The device itself remained undamaged.

The drone is not civilian, the news outlet's sources noted. At the same time, as Europol representatives noted, it is unknown whether the drone has anything to do with Russia's war against Ukraine. It is only known that it was not used by the military from the NATO base in the area, law enforcers noted.
