A Base Of The Akhmat Regiment Was Attacked In Chechnya

Local blogs reported explosions in the town of Gudermes, where the Special Forces University, personally created by Chechen leader Ramzan Kadyrov, is located. Information is also published about a strike on the location of the Akhmat regiment, which is stationed in the locality.

Numerous videos of explosions in the city have appeared in local publicks, Telegram channel "Supernova+" reported.

"This night the location of the Akhmat regiment in the city of Gudermes was attacked," the post said.

Later, the same resource shared a photo and reported that the Russian Federal Security Service in Achkhoi-Martanovsky district had been attacked.

And the publication "Kavkazsky Uzel" reported that on the night of December 2, the threat of drone attacks was announced in Chechnya, Dagestan, Kabardino-Balkaria, North Ossetia and Stavropol Krai. Due to flight insecurity, restrictions were imposed on the operation of airports in Vladikavkaz, Grozny, Magas, Makhachkala and Nalchik.

It was later reported that Russian air defense forces shot down drones in Krasnodar Krai, Volgograd and Rostov regions. As well as in Chechnya, where four drones were allegedly shot down, the Russian Defense Ministry reported in its Telegram channel.
