A fire broke out in the town of Livny in Russia's Orel region on the night of December 2. Locals say an oil refinery may be on fire.

Ukrainian Telegram channel Exilenova+ reports that two terminals at the refinery are burning.

The region's governor Andrey Klychkov confirmed that the district was attacked by unknown drones overnight, resulting in fires at fuel and energy facilities. Which ones, he did not specify.
