US President Donald Trump has signed into law a bill that ensures a minimum presence of 76,000 US military personnel in Europe through 2026.

White House Press Secretary Anna Kelly stressed that the new law is more than 3,000 pages long and reflects Trump's principle of "Peace through Strength."

Besides determining the number of U.S. military personnel in Europe, the Act also provides an additional $400 million for the purchase of weapons for Ukraine and lays out funding for the Golden Dome missile defense shield that Donald Trump initiated.

Most importantly, the document provides for a U.S. defense budget for next year of approximately 900 milliona
