Lukashenko's Chief Of Staff Hinted At Russia's Problems
Dmitry Krutoy

The neighboring country's economy is not doing so well.

This year is a very difficult year in terms of selling all kinds of machinery and machine-building products in Russia, head of Lukashenko's administration Dmitry Krutoy told the state TV channel in an interview. The official believes that the difficulties are caused not by the fact that "Belarusians have fallen," but because "such is the state of the market today," alluding to Russia's economic problems.

According to Krutoy, difficulties with sales are caused by several factors: from the cost of grain to the level of interest rates on banking and leasing products.

- When farmers, as key consumers, have such a financial condition, they first of all think about current operations, not about investment renewal and purchase of tractors and combines, - said Dmitry Krutoy.

Dmitry Krutoy also drew attention to the fact that our representatives lost several tenders in Russian regions for the supply of trolleybuses with autonomous running.

It should be noted that a number of problems with the Russian economy, which is the key for Lukashenko's regime, have already began to come out.
