"Transneft" Stopped Oil Pumping To The Port Of Novorossiysk After A Drone Attack

Russia's largest terminal on the Black Sea is idle.

Russian pipeline monopoly Transneft has stopped pumping oil to the port of Novorossiysk, two sources familiar with the situation told Reuters (translation - moscowtimes.ru.

Transneft declined to comment.

The Black Sea's largest port of Novorossiysk has halted oil receiving and export transshipment after a drone attack on November 14, sources told Reuters.

On the night of November 14, the port's oil depot and shore facilities at the Sheskharis oil transshipment complex in the Black Sea city of Novorossiysk were damaged in an attack by unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs), the Krasnodar region's operatives' headquarters said.
