It has become known what to prepare for.
The Interior Ministry's departmental publication "On Guard" revealed details of what the "deputies" of the "tent" approved in the bill to change the CAO on Friday in the first reading.
With regard to drivers without a license, it is a question of "moderate liberalization," according to the Interior Ministry's press service.
The administrative responsibility of a person driving a vehicle and not having such a right is now established. Under this category fall both persons who have never studied and never received a license, and citizens deprived of this right for committing offenses, and those who overstayed their license.
The bill introduces changes that distinguish these categories. For example, for someone who has not renewed his driver's license, the responsibility will be softer.
As for pedestrians, they decided to toughen responsibility for drunken ones.
"Under the current law, a pedestrian who is intoxicated will only be warned for the first offense. This is not enough. Therefore, the adjustment provides for the liability of a pedestrian who is in such a state. Without a warning, he can be immediately brought to administrative responsibility," - said the Deputy Chairman of the Commission on legislation "tent" Alexander Omelyanyuk.
