BATE intends to file a lawsuit with FIFA.

Serik Belediyespor, a club playing in Turkey's second league, is in arrears to BATE for the transfer of defender Alexandr Martynov.

As reported in his Telegram channel journalist Sergei Volkov, the Borisov side received only half of the amount.

The second part of the Turkish side was supposed to transfer back in September, but the payment was not received.

BATE intends to file a lawsuit with FIFA. If Serik refuses to settle the situation, the club may face a transfer ban.

Alexander Martynov joined the team in August.

From the first matches, the 21-year-old Russian has established himself in the main squad.

BATE, for its part, is in 9th place in the Betera-High League table for the season-2025, having collected 30 points after 25 rounds.
