Silver Prices Have Surpassed $48 Per Ounce

Silver prices exceeded $48 per ounce for the first time in 14 years and four months. Thursday, October 2, silver futures for delivery in December rose in price by 0.69% on the Comex stock exchange and at the peak rose to $48.01 per ounce.
This is evidenced by the trading data at 16:12 Minsk time. The precious metal was traded above $48 per ounce more than 14 years ago - May 3, 2011.
The historical maximum price for silver on the stock exchange was set on April 25, 2011 at $49.82 per ounce.
Silver has risen by more than 64% over the past 12 months.
