And Ukraine would be able to regain the occupied territories.

Russia would have long ago lost the war in Ukraine if the Kremlin had not been supported by allies, particularly North Korea.

This was stated by the head of Ukrainian intelligence Kirill Budanov, Charter97.org reports, citing a statement released by the Defense Ministry's GUR.

Budanov held a meeting with representatives of the foreign military-diplomatic corps, where they discussed, among other things, countering the aggressor.

"Russia would have long ago lost this war. Ukraine, with the help of its partners, would have returned the occupied territories if not for the Kremlin's support of Moscow's allies. First of all, North Korea," said the head of the GUR.

The head of the Ukrainian intelligence service also said that some countries demonstrate not quite honest behavior. They, contrary to international sanctions, allow Moscow to receive weapons and other important parts of the base, and their citizens agree to join the Russian army.

"I want to draw attention to the fact that some countries are not quite honestly behaving. They, contrary to international sanctions, allow the Russian Federation to receive weapons, ammunition and critical element base. They also allow their own citizens to join the ranks of the Russian Armed Forces," Budanov concluded.

He also thanked foreign partners for supporting Ukraine and warned the EU and NATO against strengthening hybrid warfare on the part of the Russian Federation.
