The Sukhodolnaya oil pumping station in the Rostov Region has halted operations after a drone attack on the night of October 1.
This was reported by "RBC-Ukraine" with reference to Russian Telegram channels.
It is known that at least 10 drones fell on the territory of the NPS, which is located in Verkhnedonsky district.
The roof of the pump aggregators building and a transformer caught fire as a result of the attack. Employees of the Sukhodolnaya oil pumping station were evacuated, no one was injured.
The governor of the Rostov region Yuri Slyusar confirmed earlier that a fire broke out on the territory of the industrial facility due to the fall of a drone.
The Russian Defense Ministry reported that 8 drones over the region were shot down.
NASA satellites also recorded fire signatures at the Sukhodolnaya oil pumping station.
